One of Athena's earliest entrants, Mrs. Leena Menon joined as a KG teacher when the school opened in 2012 and has grown steadily alongside the institution — rising to the position of Principal through dedication, compassion, and a deep love for every child she has taught. Her inspiring journey from classroom to leadership embodies the very spirit of Athena.

MA English, BA Psychology & CIDTT. Ms. Josephine has been the Founding Principal of Athena's Chennai campus since 2017, shaping its Cambridge IGCSE identity from the very beginning. A multilingual educationist with over 9 years of teaching and 20 years of administrative experience, she firmly believes every child is a masterpiece — building a learning environment that is both academically rigorous and deeply joyful.

M.Sc., B.Ed. A devoted educator and integral part of the Athena family since 2016. Mrs. Durgadevi's nurturing leadership has been instrumental in building the Chengalpattu campus's CBSE culture and forging strong parent and community partnerships.
